The N.W. Ayer Buiding |

 a 130,000 sq/ft historic art deco building, was built in 1929 for the N.W.Ayer advertising company. It is located at 210 W. Washington Square, Philadelphia’s premier neighborhood. ZR purchased the N.W. Ayer building in 2002 as an office building and revitalized it as a prestigious office address. Throughout the time of ownership, enhancements were not only made to the infrastructure and historic restoration, but the induction of Washington Square Restaurant. Washington Square Restaurant, a Stephen Starr establishment, has become one of Philadelphia’s most renowned venues, known for its food, atmosphere, nightlife and lavish interiors. In early, 2006 ZR has taken this project one step further in selling the top 12 floors of the development to become the city’s premier luxury condominium development, The Ayer. ZR maintains the retail ownership. |
